Two eyecarecenter Doctors Repeat as Cary Magazine Maggy Award Winners
Dr. Cloninger and Dr. Canting Win in Category of Best Eye Doctor
CARY, NC, January 23, 2010 /Vision-Eye Care PR News/ -- For the second year, Dr. Don Cloninger and Dr. Uwe Canting of eyecarecenter have been named recipients of Cary Magazine's Maggy Awards in the category of Best Eye Doctor. Winners are nominated and voted upon by readers of the local lifestyle magazine, and eyecarecenter nabbed two of the top three spots.
In his 30th year as a health care practitioner, Dr. Cloninger is a partner in eyecarecenter's offices in Cary at Barnes & Noble Plaza and Preston Plaza, and in downtown Raleigh on Fayetteville Street. Dr. Canting is the lead partner at the Preston Plaza location, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
These recent distinctions add to eyecarecenter's accumulating awards total. In 2009, Dr. Cloninger accepted an Innovation in Business Award on behalf of eyecarecenter as part of the Cary Chamber of Commerce's annual Small Business Awards.
