Jennifer Claire Tate-Brasseaux, OD Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Dr. Jennifer Claire Tate-Brasseaux opened her own optometry practice in 2009
OPELOUSAS, LA, December 9, 2009 /Vision-Eye Care PR News/ -- Dr. Jennifer Claire Tate-Brasseaux, Optometrist in Private Practice, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in optometry.
As an optometrist in private practice, Dr. Tate-Brasseaux is responsible for performing school screenings, diagnosing eye conditions, evaluating and treating patients with dry eye dyndrome and glaucoma, organizing health seminars, educating patients, and fitting glasses and contact lenses. Prior to opening her practice in August 2009, she worked in a group practice beginning in 2007. She attributes her success to her passion for helping people and to the support she receives from her family.
Dr. Tate-Brasseaux received her doctor of optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2007 and her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is a member of the Optometry Association of Louisiana and the American Optometric Association.
